When a house fire tears through a home, the damage you can see is only part of the problem. The wiring hidden inside the walls, running through the ceilings, feeding every outlet and switch - that all has to go. You can't patch it. You can't work around it. You start over.

That's exactly what we did here. This home needed a full rewire from the ground up. New circuits mapped out through every room, new wiring run through the framing before the walls closed in, and a new panel and meter setup installed on the exterior. Every run planned with the finished home in mind, not just what was easiest to pull.

Whole house wiring jobs like this one require a lot of coordination. The framing has to be open, the circuits have to be laid out correctly before anything gets covered up, and everything has to be inspected and code-compliant before the rebuild moves forward. Get it wrong at this stage and the problems don't show up until the drywall is already on. We've been through this process enough times to know where shortcuts cause headaches later - so we don't take them.

The exterior panel setup is clean and properly secured to the brick, with conduit running straight up to the service entrance. Inside, the circuits are organized and routed through the framing with the panel positioned where it makes sense for the layout of the home. This is what a fresh electrical system looks like before the walls close in - and it's the kind of foundation a rebuilt home deserves.

If your home took fire or smoke damage - or you're in the middle of a major renovation that requires the electrical to be redone - this is the kind of work we do. A fresh start means doing it right the first time, and we're set up to handle the whole job from panel to the last outlet in the last room.
